Ottawa – Mayor Jim Watson will host members of Ottawa’s francophone community at a breakfast on Thursday, March 24, at City Hall for the 10th Annual Francophone Rendezvous with the Mayor.
The Mayor’s special guests for this event include the Honourable Madeleine Meilleur, Attorney General of Ontario and Minister Responsible for Francophone Affairs, as well as French-speaking Syrian refugee families newly established in Ottawa.
The event will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Vanier Museopark.
Date: Thursday, March 24
Time: 7:30 to 9 a.m.
Location: Jean Pigott Place and Council Chambers, Ottawa City Hall, 110 Laurier Avenue West
