Looking for Downtown apartment/ roommate

I am moving to Ottawa from Vancouver in April. I am looking for an apartment in downtown, close to Queen and Kent St. Preferably new with laundry in-suite. I can rent alone or find a female roommate (university students welcome). I am female, young, clean, can speak Mandarin.
