Emergency crews responded to reports of a natural gas leak at the Radisson Hotel in Gatineau shortly before 6 a.m. Thursday.
When they arrived, crews confirmed the leak and immediately got to work evacuating the hotel. More than 200 people were sent out into the snow and cold for more than two hours while the leak was fixed and the premises were properly ventilated.
Guests were allowed to return to their rooms shortly before 8 a.m.
