Council’s community and protective services committee on Friday will resume its meeting on proposed reforms to the city’s taxi bylaw.
About 50 people, including Uber drivers and several cabbies, addressed the committee Thursday. The list was originally 100 people, but as the meeting dragged into the evening, the lineup thinned out.
