if u studied as a full time student last year and u lived in Ont
nomatter late u moved to QC or not u should still apply for OSAP

Confused

I'm a new full-time student.Just applied OSAP, haven't received it yet.But have the idea to move to Hull.

I lived in Ontario in the past 3 years.

Still waiting for your suggestion.

u will get ur osap even if u move to hull and they don't care where r u living because u r still an Ont PR
btw u can't apply QC's student loan and the reason is u r an Ont PR

I agree with what phonecard responsed here.
Just a little comment, when you modify your address information in the school, keep an Ontario address as your permenant address; and change the mailing address to your current address( in Hull).
