A 23-year-old man was seriously hurt in a rollover crash on Highway 417 in Kanata on Monday morning.
The crash occurred at about 9:45 a.m. in the westbound lanes of the highway just east of Palladium Drive when a driver lost control of his vehicle, which then rolled several times before striking a pole.
Ottawa paramedics said a man was thrown from the wreck and suffered serious chest injuries as well as a broken arm and leg.
He was taken to hospital where he was listed in serious condition.
