My naughty boy scratched the wall with his color pencils in every room. I really want to get rid of them.

Joan Smith is representing me to sell or rent my town house. Initially, I only asked her to rent out my town house. Pay a visit to Home Depot and ask the professionals.
I'd imagine that you'll need some sort of cleaner to wash the walls first, sand it down a bit, apply primer then 3 coats of paint. However ask the professionals.

Yes, I have signed the contract with her already. Guess valid for only three months. Well, as I said in my previous post, my real intention is to rent out my house to save some bucks. That is to say, the bottom line price that she would sell the house pretty high, as she insisted on 5% bonus.

Honestly to my Chinese fellow, I do not suggest that you consider my house at this moment. As I wrote in my previous email, I did not want to sale and just for rent for around 1 year. So if I really want to sale, I will do it by myself and the sale price should be $10,000 less. Joan is good for marketing, but she is also greedy.
