正准备回国签证，１０年签在哪里填？

在大使馆下的申请表上没有看见１０年多次入境的选项，只有以下几种。　是填其他注明１０年往返吗？

如果你在签证中心的网站 上，可以看到for Q类签证有个邀请表格，填那个就可以，需要国内邀请人的身份证号码。
