Hawkesbury OPP officers want to speak to a pair of “key” witnesses after a two-vehicle crash that led to injuries on County Road 17 in Alfred on Tuesday.
Officers were called to the scene just west of Lajeunesse Road just before 4 p.m.
They determined that an eastbound blue vehicle collided with a westbound gold SUV near the MacEwen Gas Bar.
Investigators want to speak with the driver of an eastbound vehicle they say was travelling behind the blue car involved in the crash and a black male who spoke to the driver of the blue car after the collision.
Anyone who has information or witnessed the crash is asked to call Const. Eddy Saardi or Det.-Const. Danyk Lafrance of the Hawksbury OPP Detachment at (613) 632-2729 or (888) 310-1122.
