Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in locating David Kellar, 38, of Ottawa, who has been missing since 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Kellar is known to frequent the Kanata area and his family is concerned for his well-being.
Kellar is described as Caucasian, five-feet-11-inches (180cm) tall, 100 pounds (45 kg), with a slim build. He has long brown hair and a beard and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a dark green/black jacket, blue jeans, grey running shoes, white hat, green backpack and possibly sunglasses.
Any information can be communicated to Ottawa police dispatch at 613-230-6211, or contact the missing persons unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 2355, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
