A Gatineau man was arrested as he returned from a visit to Europe and charged with accessing and sharing pornographic images of children.
Alain Lauzon, 60, was arrested at the airport in Montreal and appeared in a Gatineau court Tuesday.
Gatineau police said they were contacted by police in Switzerland in March and have been investigating the case since then. On May 19, they searched Lauzon’s home and seized videos and photographs.
None of the images are believed to involve children from Gatineau.
