Ottawa – The intersection of Lyon Street and McLeod Street will be fully closed from Monday, June 13 until mid-August. Lyon Street between Gladstone Avenue and Flora Street, and McLeod Street between Kent Street and Bay Street, will be open to local traffic only.
The intersection and road closures are needed to accommodate reconstruction of all sewer and water infrastructure, followed by full road reconstruction.
A signed detour will be in place. Motorists and cyclists are advised to follow all signage directed at them. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the construction period. There is no anticipated effect on OC Transpo routes.
