A big room is rent in July for $360 (including Internet,hydro,electricity), you can also rent for both July and August ($400 for August). It's located on Meadowlands Drive, close to Algonquin College and Carleton University.
There is only one bedroom in basement, it's really cool in summer, quiet and clean. The roommates don't smoke.
