Photos: Canadian Sunset Ceremonies

The time-honoured tradition of the Canadian Sunset Ceremonies, an annual five-night event in Ottawa, debuted Wednesday night at the Musical Ride stables.

The event features a variety of performances including the combined pipe bands of the RCMP and the Ottawa Police Service, the signature Sunset Ceremony, and the world famous Musical Ride.

The theme this year provides recognition of first responders in the National Capital Region.
