Negative. I don't think this is appropriate. Just talk it out with the suspect. It's such a small conflict that it's really not worth fighting it over for. Use proper communication channels.

I don't agree. I can't see how being open and assertive would hurt anybody. Your comment to the problem is very typical of a Chinese if you will (I'm expecting bricks now ). From the fact that you posted the incident in this forum, I feel that you are being passive-aggressive, and that's not a good way to handle problems. My suggestion is still open communication. Normally communication would resolve differences.
