The Ottawa police have asked for the public’s assistance to help locate 30-year-old Rebecca McCaffrey, who was last seen in the Parkdale Avenue area between noon and 1:30 p.m. on Friday.
McCaffrey is described as white, 120 pounds and 5-foot-7, with long, dark brown curly hair most likely in a ponytail. She was wearing a black knee-length skirt, a white short-sleeve blouse and burgundy flats, and was carrying a green purse.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts was asked to call the Ottawa police at 613-236-1222. Anonymous tips can be submitted by calling Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477(TIPS) or by downloading the Ottawa Police app.
