A teen in Harrowsmith, about 180 kilometres south of Ottawa, will probably be travelling on foot for the next while after being clocked by Kingston police going 77 km/h over the posted speed limit while driving his father’s motorcycle.
A uniform patrol officer clocked the teen Tuesday morning going eastbound at 127 km/h on Unity Road west of Elginburg, where the speed limit is 50 km/h.
The teen was charged with stunt driving and speeding and had his driver’s licence suspended for seven days and his dad’s motorcycle impounded for seven days.
