Ottawa – Starting today, lanes on Industrial Avenue from St. Laurent Boulevard to just west of Russell Road, as well as lanes on Russell Road from Industrial Avenue to Coronation Avenue, will be closed to allow for replacement of the watermain.
One travel lane in each direction will be maintained at all times. Access to all entrances and roads will also be maintained. Lane closures in the active work area will continue until late October, but all work after Labour Day weekend will be done during off-peak periods, nights and weekends.
One sidewalk will be maintained for pedestrians at all times.
OC Transpo routes 94, 95, 114 and 121 will continue to run on Industrial Avenue but will sometimes operate from a temporary stop when the permanent stop is within the active work area. For more information, please go to octranspo.com.
