Firefighters worked for about 30 minutes Friday morning to put out a smoky fire in an apparently abandoned barn in the 1200 block of Dozois Road between Squire and Stuewe drives.
The fire was reported by several callers shortly after 10 a.m. with smoke clearly visible from some distance.
However, crews were able to deal with the blaze quickly. No injuries have been reported as a result of the fire.
Dozois Road remained closed at about 11 a.m. for cleanup.
An investigator has been called to determine the cause of the fire.
