Courses information for winter session will be changed anytime. Also, all students are busy with the fall session; nobody will care about what the winter session happens. Just try to take a look at the information before the winter session starts. I guess you have enough time to choose the professor.

I have professor steve's class this term as well. He is a good professor, especially his English is perfect.
