the connection to china is slow

<HTML>my sympatico high speed is very slow too. i called them and ask tonight and they say in their office it is slow to connect to china too. but seems like they can do nothing about it coz they conclude the problem is in the china side. namely, it is none of their business. i don't know if that is an excuse or what. things like this happened in the past when bell sympatico adjusted their rounting. a few weeks later it came back to normal. i don't know if they are doing this again.
in the mid night when less users are online, it is still slow but faster than 7-11pm.
if anyone knows what happened pls send me an email.
or if anyone can access china website fast pls send me an email to tell me the isp you are using.
