Available : One upstairs bedroom, 10'x10', hardwood floors, large closet and large window overlooking backyard. Unfurnished. All inclusive except Internet. 550$ a month.
The other room is a Fully carpeted, unfurnished basement with door for privacy. The main section of the room is 11'x20', and there is also another section for you to use as well. There is a storage area too. There is also a counter with full sink. This room is 850$ a month all inclusive, except for Internet.
Full access to kitchen, laundry room with workshop. There is a fully fenced backyard with huge deck. One full bathroom upstairs and a powder room on the main floor. Driveway parking for your car as well. The house is on a quiet Cul-de-Sac, so it's very quiet here.
The home is located within 2 minutes walk from bus stops, including the express morning and night. Major bus terminals are a short ride away. There is also a strip mall around the corner with an awesome convenience store and a kick ass butcher shop.
Rent does not include Internet, but we can all split on it.
Must like dogs and kids. Children are not currently living here.
First and last month rent required, as well as a year lease.
Proof of income needed.
Smoke free home, but smoking outside is totally cool .
Rooms will be emptied and cleaned before you move in.
