Two Ottawa Valley man were to appear in a Pembroke court Friday after they were arrested at a Kanata residence Tuesday in connection with a a firebombing in Arnprior Saturday night.
The Ontario Provincial Police said an incendiary device was thrown through the window of a home on Spruce Street in Arnprior around 4:30 a.m. on Saturday. The device caused a fire in the home, forcing local emergency responders to attend. No injuries were sustained as a result of the incident.
A police investigation was then launched into the firebombing, which led police to a Kanata address where two Ottawa Valley men were found.
On Tuesday, OPP arrested Brayden Miller, 20, of Arnprior and Noah Neuman, also 20, of Pembroke.
Both men are charged with attempted murder, arson and damage to property. Miller is also charged with criminal harassment.
