Don't set your expectation too high for a new fourm (HXWZ have a CUPID, you may use as a name), just open it. You can close it anytime (Why do you need a webmaster? Just put a sign: Not for a person under 18 years old). Remember, in China, always actions come first, then managing and regulating follow later. Just leave this fourm quiet.</HTML>
