A 48-year-old man was seriously hurt Monday afternoon after tumbling 20 to 30 feet from scaffolding on the facade of an apartment building in the Carleton Square area.
Paramedics were called to the site near Baseline Road and Clyde Avenue at 12:35 p.m.
The man, who fractured both lower legs and suffered back and neck injuries, was conscious but in serious condition when he was taken to hospital.
The Ministry of Labour is investigating.
