Ottawa – Motorists and cyclists are advised that there will be traffic impacts on St. Joseph Boulevard, between St. Jean Street and Champlain Street, starting August 22 and lasting until September 2, as a result of watermain repair work.
Both westbound lanes will be closed for the duration of the construction work, with traffic being maintained in the eastbound lanes (one lane in each direction). Traffic control measures and flagpersons will be used to direct traffic. The work will be carried out from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Pedestrian access will be maintained and businesses will remain open as usual during construction.
