Ottawa police are asking the public to help in their search for a 40-year-old man who is missing might be disoriented.
Miguel “Angel” Hernandez was last seen at about 9 a.m. Thursday on Rideau Street near the bus stop at the Rideau Centre.
He’s described as a Hispanic male, five feet, eight inches tall. He has a beard and was wearing a light grey hooded sweatshirt and dark pants and was carrying a large, clear plastic bag.
The police said there are concerns for his safety.
Police ask anyone who might have information about Hernandez to call Ottawa police dispatch at 613-230-6211 or the missing persons unit at 613-236-1222 ext. 2355. Anonymous tips can be submitted by calling Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS), or by downloading the Ottawa police app.
