City flags lowered to honour the Honourable Mauril A. Bélanger PC, MP

Ottawa – The flags at City Hall will be flown at half mast from sunrise to sunset on Saturday, August 27, the day of the funeral service for the late Mr. Mauril Bélanger, MP for Ottawa-Vanier. Mr. Bélanger leaves us to build upon his strong advocacy for Canada’s linguistic duality, national unity and a just and fair society for all.


Mr. Bélanger passed away on August 15.
