Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in finding a 49-year-old man who has been missing since Monday.
Police say Richard Lecount was last seen in the Parliament Hill area at about 11 p.m. Aug. 29.
He is described as Caucasian, five feet four inches tall with a stocky build, with long dark hair and dark beard. He wears glasses and was last seen wearing a light blue shirt, grey shorts and sandals.
