OU or CU, Which one is better for ESL?

I wanna go to OU or CU to improve my listening skills. Does anyone know which is better for that? Or any other courses?

If you wanna improve your listening skill only, go OU, more native speakers. CU has been occupied by all chinese people. So thats way CU is called QINGHUA .haha ,all chinese
