Police investigate complaints of child-luring in Ottawa's Alta Vista area

Ottawa police are investigating complaints of attempted child-luring in the Alta Vista area of Ottawa.

Details about the incidents are scarce, however at least two complaints have been reported near the intersection of Cavendish Road and Rachael Avenue.

Police are investigating complaints involving a middle-aged man in a white car who was allegedly offering children candy or an iPod/iPhone.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Ottawa Police Service.
