RCMP traffic officers are on the hunt for a pair of motorcyclists who ignored a speed trap during a police exercise in Gatineau Park last Friday near the St. Raymond Boulevard access ramp.
Police said the bikers, one of them with Ontario plates, refused to stop while travelling at 125 km/h in a 60 km/h zone on the Promenades de la Gatineau.
One of the motorcyclists took off the wrong way up the eastbound Boulevard des Allumettières ramp.
Anyone with information on the vehicles or drivers is asked to contact the RCMP at 613-952-4200.
