[问题] Landlords don't like to rent to couples?

Unlike in Toronto, why is there few real estate rental ads for couples in Ottawa? Does that mean that landlords dom't want to rent to couples? We are doing business, right? From my opinion, married people are more responsible and reliable. On the other hands, landlords can get more rent.
