Produce Assistant Department Head (大统华蔬果部副主管）
The role職位目標:
Reporting to the Produce Department Head, the Produce Assistant Department Head provides hands on supports to the Produce DH in the department’s daily operation and to ensure that it is functioning under good conditions.
該職位直接匯報給蔬果部主管, 身體力行地協助主管履行部門日常營運管理的職責以使之保持運轉順暢.
Major Responsibilities:

1. Provides hands on support and assistance to the Department Head in the following aspects:
(a) Manage and supervise department daily operation and staff’s working performance
(b) Provide on-the-job training, shadowing, guidance and supervision to department staff
(c ) Achieve through teamwork the department goals set by the company
1. 親自協助主管履行下列職責:
(a) 監督部門的日常營運及員工工作表現
(b) 向員工提供在職培訓, 示範, 指導及監督
(c) 通過帶領團隊合作來完成公司下達的部門目標
2. Oversee product quality, freshness and ensure FIFO is strictly practiced within the department
2. 統籌控制貨品品質新鮮度, 並確保部門內嚴格執行’先進先出’原則
3. Manage department merchandises and promotion items
3. 管理部門內所有商品及促銷單品
4. Handle customers’ complaints, build rapport with our customers by providing good smile, eye contact and attention to them
4. 通過友善的肢體語言與顧客溝通, 認真傾聽並解決相關投訴
5. Conduct quality control during receiving; manage inventory in both the display and walk-in coolers
5. 驗收來貨及管理展示櫃和冷庫的庫存
6. Lead by example by performing all hands on duties required in the Produce Department
6. 以身作則履行所有與蔬果部管理營運相關的職責
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
職位要求:
1. Accountable, pleasant and always take initiative
1. 主動, 友善, 有責任感
2. Possess great interpersonal and customer service skills
2. 出色的人際關係處理能力及顧客服務技巧
3. Good communication skills , possess strong verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese &/or Mandarin)
3. 良好的溝通技巧, 能以中(國語/粵語), 英文溝通
4. Possess 3 years and/or above relevant experience, with at least a year of supervisory experience preferred
4. 2年及以上相關工作經驗, 其中至少1年管理經驗
5. Possess basic knowledge in controlling profit and loss and interpreting data and market information
5. 具備成本與利潤控制的基本知識, 並能解讀相關數據和市場信息
6. Possess good computer skills in MS Office
6. 良好的計算機操作能力並能使用微軟辦公軟件
7. Possess knowledge in workplace health & safety
7. 了解工作健康及安全知識
8. Process knowledge and skills of merchandise management and implementation
8. 有相關商品管理及陳列的知識和技巧
9. Good organization, and problem-solving skills
9. 良好的組織, 協調及解決問題能力
10. Able to work independently and within a team
10. 能獨立開展工作同時具備團隊合作精神
11. Have a good understanding of tools & equipments relevant to the job and know how to interpret labels of merchandises
11. 了解相關專業工具及設備, 同時具備商品標籤知識
