The role職位目標:
Reporting to the Meat Department Head (or his/her delegate), the Meat Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Department Head and Assistant Department Head in providing guidance, supervision and sets as a good example for Meat Assistants to follow.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Conduct quality control during receiving; manage inventory and product quality in display cases, walk- in cooler & walk-in freezer; follow FIFO concept; ensure full display of various meat products
1. 驗收來貨, 管理展示櫃, 冷凍及冷藏庫的庫存及檢視產品的品質, 適當應用“先進先出”原則, 保持商品陳列的豐滿度和美觀
2. Provide guidance and supervision to Meat Assistants; assist Department Head to train department staff
2. 督導部門助理的工作執行; 協助主管培訓部門員工
3. Follow procedures to process expired products and manage shrinkage
3. 處理回收到期之包裝品, 並控制損耗
4. Prepare various meat products for sales activities, include but not limited to cut, debone, slice, pack and label various meat products and display them in the display coolers
4. 預備各種產品, 包括但不限於: 切割, 去骨, 切片,包裝各種肉類產品, 及刨肉類, 火鍋肉片, 並貼上銷售標籤後放置展示櫃上
5. Greet customers by providing good customer service with smile, friendly enthusiasm
5. 歡迎顧客, 提供良好顧客服務; 面帶笑容, 親切熱誠
6. Assist customers in selecting meat products and provide recommendations to them, as required
6. 協助及推薦顧客選購各種肉類產品
7. Handle customers’ complaints, build rapport with our customers by providing good smile, eye contact and attention to them
7. 通過友善的肢體語言與顧客溝通, 認真傾聽並解決相關投訴
8. Lead by example by performing duties of Meat Assistant as required
8. 以身作則完成肉部助理的本職工作
9. Familiar with the location of various meat items; keep self-updated with all in Meat Department promotion activities
9. 熟悉部門產品之陳列位置, 並了解部門內各種推廣及促銷活動內容

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements: 職位要求:
1. Flexible to work in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evening hours and statutory holidays
1. 能適應輪班工作安排, 包括白班, 晚班, 週末及節假日
2. Have a good understanding of tools & equipments relevant to the job and know how to interpret labels of merchandises
2. 懂得正確使用專業工具及具備商品標籤知識
3. Be prepared to stand long time and to hands on dealing with products and lifting of products of 40 pounds on a regular basis
3. 能長時間站立工作及經常搬動重物 (40磅及以上)
4. Be prepared to work in low temperature (0-4 ℃), freezing temperature (-18℃), and wet environment for long time
4. 能長時間在潮濕及低溫(0-4 ℃)及冰凍(-18℃)環境中工作
5. Possess basic computer skills in MS Office
5. 具備基本的電腦操作知識
6. Not allergic in handling meat products
6. 對處理肉類食品不會過敏
7. Able to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese &/or Mandarin)
7. 良好溝通能力, 能以中(國語/粵語), 英文溝通
8. Possess knowledge in workplace health & safety
8. 了解工作環境下的健康安全知識
9. 2 years and/or above relevant experience
9. 二年或以上相關工作經驗
