2． 每套$10加元（现金）
3。 装衣服的袋子
领取地址：225 Donald Street, Hardini Centre. 从后面红色的门进到仓库。

--If you are a resident of Gatineau 居住在加提诺的客户
As of this year (2016), Gatineau families must contact 819-665-1442 to register for a snowsuit. You will be advised of your distribution location upon registration.
2016年开始，居住在加提诺的家庭请致电819-665-1442。注册时，工作人员会通知你取雪衣的地点。

--ALL CLIENTS 所有其他客户
We serve newborns to age 15 living in Ottawa. A piece of identification indicating the child’s date of birth is required for all qualifying children. Identification showing the family’s city of residence must also be provided.
我们的服务对象为居住在渥太华的出生至15岁的儿童和青少年。需要出具证明孩子出生年月日的证件，以及证明渥太华住址的文件。

--If you are on Ontario Works or ODSP 如果你领取安省福利和残疾人金
Please bring your current or past month’s Ontario Works Statement of Assistance.
请携带本月或上个月的福利说明。

--If you are low income 如果你是低收入
To determine if you are considered “low income”click here. Bring either your Child Tax Benefit or GST notice from the base year 2015. This notice will show the 2015 family net income, your marital status, and it will list your children by their first name and show their month and year of birth. This notice is mailed to you in July if you have filed your income tax prior to April 30, 2016.
请携带儿童福利金（牛奶金）,或联邦退税说明（基于2015的报税）。这些文件会证明你的家庭收入，婚姻状况，并包括你孩子的名字和他们的出生年和月份。如果你在2016年4月30日之前报税的话，这些文件已经在7月份寄了出去。

Provide your date of arrival and proof of financial status.
