Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to reports of a bus rollover on Highway 28 near Denbigh in the Township of Addington Highlands around 10 a.m. Friday.
When officers arrived they found the bus on its side and a number of senior citizens in need of assistance. According to police, 10 seniors needed to be transported to area hospital for treatment of minor injuries. There were 50 senior citizens on board at the time of the rollover.
The cause of the incident is still under investigation.
