Ottawa police have identified a male suspect in relation to three reports of a man in a motorized wheelchair who allegedly exposed and touched himself inappropriately in front of children.

The three incidents reported to police were on June 18, Aug. 24, and Oct. 6. In two of the incidents, police allege the man exposed and touched himself in front of children – once near Woodroffe Avenue Public School and again four months later at a nearby coffee shop on Richmond Road.
