A 26-year-old man was in serious but stable condition after being shot in the Old St. Patrick Street area on Sunday evening.
It was the 55th shooting of the year in Ottawa.
Ottawa paramedics responded to a call about the shooting at 7:45 and, after arriving on scene, treated the man for multiple gunshot wounds.
