本人酷爱吃猪肝,但每回做出来都是硬邦邦的。记得在国内时,饭店里做出来的好象不是这样的。哪位做猪肝的高手请教教咱。多谢!

Is it safe to eat pork liver here? I didn't eat it for quite a long time even I quite like it as I heard that as the pigs are all raised in pig farm here and maybe the liver has some bad stuff accumulated. Not try to scare anyone but would like to hear any opinion on this.
