Comedian Rick Mercer is front and centre in a new promo for Ottawa 2017, the capital’s celebration of Canada’s 150th anniversary.
The video appears on Ottawa Tourism’s Facebook page, as he lists all the great events in store for the capital in his trademark rapid-fire style. In fact, this rant is more of a rave.
