A 59-year-old Buckingham man was to appear in Gatineau court Wednesday after being arrested in connection with alleged drug trafficking to high school students.
Police say the man and a second individual, 31, were arrested at 232 Dorchester St. following a week-long investigation that stemmed from a tip.
Inside the apartment, police seized 57 methamphetamine tablets, more than 25 grams of cannabis and $350 in cash.
The 59-year-old suspect is to be charged with possession and trafficking of drugs, as well as possession of goods obtained through the proceeds of crime. The second suspect is charged with possession of narcotics and was released on his own recognisance.
