Ottawa – Motorists are advised that Queen Street will be closed, between Bay Street and Lyon Street, to through traffic starting November 7 until the end of November (weather permitting). However, access to businesses and parking garages will be maintained via Lyon Street for the duration of the closure.
Road closure and detour signs will be installed and maintained throughout the construction period. Sidewalk access will not be impacted during the road closure.
The closure is necessary to enable sewer work related to the O-Train Confederation Line light rail transit (LRT) project.
