Ottawa police have arrested two men and seized drugs and cash following a raid on a residence on Big Sky Private in the city’s south end.
The Ottawa police guns and gang unit said they seized 81 grams of cocaine, 23 grams of crack, 4.5 grams of hash and $9,155 in cash during the Thursday raid at the home near Leitrim Road and Bank Street.
The raid was the culmination of an investigation that began in October.
Ali Hamzeh and Ahmad Hamzeh, both 25, have been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine and hashish as well as possession of proceeds of crime over $5,000.
They were to appear in court Friday.
