Make America great or Make American crazy

I don't like either of those two candidates , and care less who will be in the White house. I do doubt Trump will make America great again. However, this guy certainly makes Americans crazy about him. This 文学城 article reminds me once Napoleon's definition of a military genius:" the man who can do the average thing when all those around him are crazy". Who should be blamed for raising of Trump phenomenon?
