Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in locating a suspect in a gas station robbery at the beginning of November.
The incident occurred at about 1:45 a.m. when a man walked into entered a gas station situated on the 200 block of Rideau Street. He indicated he had a gun although no weapon was seen. He was handed an undisclosed amount of cash and fled. There were no injuries.
He is described as Caucasian, 30-35 years old, five feet five inches (165 cm) tall with a slim build. He had a moustache at the time and was English-speaking.
At the time of the robbery he was wearing black shoes, blue jeans and a blue jacket over a light grey hooded sweatshirt with the hood lined in red.
