Ottawa police responded to calls of an altercation on Brittany Drive, near St. Laurent Boulevard, shortly after 5:30 a.m.
When they arrived the found a 20-year-old man with stab wounds at the scene. The man was conscious and his injuries were not life threatening.
The man was transported to an Ottawa hospital for treatment.
An investigation into the altercation is ongoing.
