The flags at the Gloucester South Community Centre will be lowered to half-mast from sunrise to sunset on Tuesday, November 22, 2016, the day of the funeral service for Mr. Mitchell George (Mitch) Owens, Councillor, Deputy Reeve and Mayor of the former City of Gloucester. Mr. Owens passed away on Thursday, November, 17th.

Mr. Owens will be remembered for his strong leadership, and unwavering dedication to the community.
