Ottawa paramedics reported no injuries in a dramatic looking crash between a minivan and a backhoe Tuesday morning.
The crash occurred at about 8:30 a.m. on the eastbound Highway 417 near Boundary Road, in the city’s east end.
The van ended up on its side on the roadside with the front windshield smashed.
The backhoe suffered no apparent damage.
Ontario Provincial Police are investigating.
