An Ottawa man has been arrested in connection with an indecent act in Apollo Crater Park, Ottawa police announced Friday night.
John Nathan Nicol, 29, has been charged with one count of committing an indecent act and two counts of breaching probation.
On Aug. 30, an investigation began into reports of a man exposing himself to others in the Orléans park.
Nicol appeared in court on Dec. 1 and remains in custody, police said. They also stated that they continue to investigate similar incidents in the Orléans area, and asked anyone that may have useful information to call 613-236-1222, ext. 6598.
